How do I place a catering order?
Fill out our catering form, and we’ll contact you within 2 business days. The catering form gives us all the details so we can confirm your menu selections, calculate a price, and get back to you with everything you need to be the hero of your next event!

How do I check a gift card balance?
Gift card balances can be checked online or by asking a cashier at any of our eight locations.
Can I use my gift card for an online order?
At this time, gift cards can only be used at our physical locations (the good news is that there are 8 of them!). If you’d like to gift someone Opus coffee beans or merch using our online resources, you can ship it directly to them – or even sign them up for a subscription on you!
How long will it take to receive coffee or merchandise ordered from the website?
I ordered from the website and chose the option ‘pickup at a location.’ When will my products be ready for pickup?
